Membership and door-access checks

Flags active key fobs linked to expired memberships and other access discrepancies for staff to review.

Why it was needed

There was no systematic comparison between membership status and door-access records, so some former members still had active key fobs.

Security & access

What changed

The system now compares membership and access records, reports mismatches and expired memberships, and gives staff the information needed to correct access.

Key requirements

A mismatch needs staff review before access is changed. The report keeps the membership record and access credential together so staff can identify the correct person, check the exception, and correct access when needed.

Main features

  1. Import membership records
  2. Compare physical-access records
  3. Identify expired memberships
  4. Highlight key-fob mismatches
  5. Present exceptions for staff action

Result

Made previously unchecked membership-access mismatches visible to staff.
