Why it is needed
Preparing financial-services bid documents involved language, logic, calculation, and consistency errors that required repeated corrections and delayed preparation.
Helps bid teams check requirements, identify gaps, and prepare documents using AI with expert review. The current workflow is guided; automation is planned.
Current state: Guided AI sessions. Estimated development effort: 80–100 hours.

Preparing financial-services bid documents involved language, logic, calculation, and consistency errors that required repeated corrections and delayed preparation.
The guided workflow uses AI to analyze the current terms of reference, test the expert’s approach, identify missing requirements, check language, logic, and calculations, and assemble the required documents.
This is a current working method, not yet an automated application. The ToR, approach, and drafts can change during the bid; each iteration must use the latest documents, keep assumptions and missing evidence visible, and leave final judgment with the expert. The AI’s own assessment typically scores drafts 8–9 out of 10 against the bid evaluation criteria. The work uses paid subscriptions without separate API token charges. Turning it into a repeatable production workspace is estimated at 80–100 development hours.
The current guided workflow helps turn the expert’s solution into stronger bid documentation; a repeatable automated workspace is the next stage.
This planning range covers turning guided AI work into a repeatable application. It is not recorded billing for completed software.
