What changed

The controller launches or connects to the program, follows the required menus, enters controlled dates and values, runs the operation, and reports progress to a supervising user.

Key requirements

The automation works through the same windows an employee sees. Before every click or entry it confirms the expected screen is present; if a dialog, delay, focus change, or software update changes that screen, the run stops and reports where it stopped instead of posting into the wrong place.
